Our Team: Steve Schofield
Stephen H. Schofield, CAI, BAS was inducted into the Auctioneers Hall of Fame in 2003. Steve was recently honored by the Certified Auctioneers Institute with their first Outstanding Service Award in 2006. The National Auctioneers Foundation presented him with their Diamond Gavel Award in 2005.
He is a principal in Scofield Auctions, Inc. and Centennial Auctions of North Conway, New Hampshire. He is a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute, a past president of that organization and a past treasurer of the National Auctioneers Association.
Steve has a BS and MS from Long Island University. Prior to becoming an auctioneer, Steve was a teacher and has taught from pre-school to graduate school. He has been a rock climbing and mountain rescue instructor at the North Carolina Outward Bound School. Steve is a proud member of the National Eagle Scout Association and one of the oldest Level 1 instructors by the Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors. He served as Town Moderator in Effingham, New Hampshire for twelve terms.
