1.  Focus on Fundraising
Show how guests can make a difference. Showcase your mission throughout your auction. Using compelling video, brief inspiring remarks and other communications, envelop your audience in the cause and show how their contribution matters to transform your clients and community.

2.  Fill Your Audience with the Right People
Audience development is #1. Take the time to research and cultivate. Remember, people give to people. A personal ask is the most important key to success.

3.  Find the Right Match
Solicit auction items that fit your guests. Know your crowd! Do they respond to rich and varied experiences while traveling or are they more excited about cultural and sporting events? Match your guests interest. Do your homework.

Savor one of my mom Winnie’s most requested holiday recipe.
This sweet and tangy side-dish compliments turkey and ham and is a jewel on your holiday table!

Winnie's Cranberry Relish With Topping

Cranberry Relish with Topping

Winnie's Cranberry Relish with Topping

2 packets of raspberry jello 1 cup of cranberry sauce (whole)
1 cup of port wine
8 ounce can of drained crushed pineapple
1 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)
1 cup of fresh pomegranate (optional)
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of cream cheese

Mix and stir in a large bowl
2 packets of raspberry jello
1 cup of boiling water

Then add and stir (before the jello sets)
1 cup of port wine
1 cup of cranberry sauce (whole)
1 eight ounce can of drained crushed pineapple
1 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)
1 cup of fresh pomegranate (optional)

Cover and refrigerate this cranberry/jello mixture

In a separate bowl combine thoroughly
1 cup of sour cream
