Lynne ZinkLynne Zink, CAI, BAS, CES specializes in benefit auctions, serving as an Auctioneer, Consultant, Educator, and Motivational Speaker. Her high-energy delivery motivates and engages audiences of all sizes: public auctions, non-profits, schools, individuals and organizations. Ms. Zink earned the title of 2012 International Auctioneer Champion (IAC) in Spokane, WA and served as the 2012-2013 Ambassador for the National Auctioneers Association (NAA).

Zink is also the 2005 Maryland State Bid Calling Champion and was awarded 2006 & 2013 Maryland Auctioneer of the Year, selected by her peers for her outstanding contributions to the auction profession. Ms.

Zink was also awarded Outstanding Alternative Educator of the Year while working as a high school teacher for at-risk students.

Lynne holds a B.S. Degree in English/Secondary Education with a minor in Theatre. Ms. Zink has achieved the prestigious Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation, which is the highest level of educational designation for professional auctioneers; only three percent of auctioneers nationwide hold this professional designation.

She has also earned the Benefit Auction Specialist (BAS) professional designation which provides Auctioneers with advanced training in planning and conducting successful benefit auctions, as well as techniques to establish a successful and profitable benefit auction business. She is a graduate of Mendenhall School of Auctioneering, Past President of the Auctioneers Association of Maryland and a member of the National Auctioneers Association, Toastmasters International, and National Association of Women Business Owners.

Ms. Zink has been active in the auction profession since 2001 conducting real estate, personal property, antique and fundraising auctions. She is also a motivational speaker, conducting seminars at conferences and for private schools and non-profits. Some of her workshops include “Train the Trainer,” “Effective Communication,” “Success Strategies,” and Fundraising topics.

Residing in Maryland, Lynne and her husband Bill have two children Jake and Anna. Lynne pursues her personal interests in outdoor activities, music and theatre.

Kathy Kingston was bestowed the Chuck Cumberlin Memorial Sportsmanship Award at the 2012 International Auctioneer Championship by her peers. Ms. Kingston holds the Certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI) designation, only three percent of auctioneers nationwide have achieved this status. Kathy was a member of the Charter Class of the Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS) professional designation program. Kathy has taught the BAS and CAI Benefit Auction classes. She graduated from Missouri Auction School in 1986. Ms. Kingston has competed in the International Auctioneer Championship where she was a finalist in 2013 and 2003. In 2013, Ms. Kingston was inducted into the Million Dollar Consultant™ Hall of Fame by by Alan Weiss, Ph.D., who conducts a global mentoring program for consultants. As a consultant, fundraising auction strategist and performance coach, she conducts innovative benefit auction seminars, tele-seminars and custom workshops throughout the country for both nonprofit organizations and professional auctioneers. Kathy holds a Master’s Degree in Education from St. Louis University where she was named “Woman of the Year” in 1986.
